This is my last month as president of the Club, and I want to thank you for your support and confidence throughout my tenure these past years. I also want to thank my fellow officers and members of the Board; these wonderfully generous people are always helpful and make it easy to do the job, to keep our Club’s interests always in focus.
If you ever have a chance to run for office in this Club, and I recommend it highly, you will find yourself in the midst of knowledgeable people who are quite free with their support, and they give it with wit and large helpings of humor and good will. “Members Helping Members” suddenly becomes very concrete, personal.

So, thank you to all. It’s been a good time for me, it’s been enlightening; the learning curve with you guys is not intimidating. I hope the last few years were good for you too

Byting Remarks will continue. This has never been a “President’s Corner” type of column. It will continue as a running commentary on the PC, my personal thoughts, the concerns of the day.
